At Alfreda's, Chef Russell Smith brings his rich culinary background to the forefront. His journey, from a sous chef at The Source to mastering diverse culinary styles across the globe, including a stint at Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Lung King Heen, has shaped his unique approach to pizza. In Washington D.C., his progression from a fishmonger to sous chef at BlackSalt and his experiences with the Black Restaurant Group honed his creative and technical skills.
